Estancia Scottsdale

One of North Scottsdale’s finest private communities, Estancia unfolds along the Scottsdale icon – Pinnacle Peak. It’s a private gated community created on 640 acres of rugged Sonoran Desert, making it one of the most appealing locations to call home in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

Homes

Estancia is a quiet neighborhood with only 223 custom home sites including 39 Tuscan-inspired villas in the La Scala subdivision. A few vacant honesties remain, and the existing homes are built to take advantage of the incredible natural surroundings, and stunning views of Pinnacle Peak, the golf course and the Valley of the Sun below. To ensure that each home seamlessly complements the overall community, as well as the surrounding Sonoran Deseret, uniformed architectural guidelines and landscaping standards are followed.

Golf

The Estancia Club is a nationally acclaimed private golf club featuring a golf course designed by Tom Fazio. Listed as the No. 1 golf course in Golf Digest’s “Arizona: Best In State Rankings,” The Estancia Club, opened to private play in 1995. Fazio designed the 18-hole championship golf course so that even the longest hitter would be challenged at 7,314 yards from the back tees. The bentgrass greens offer a smooth and slick putting surface not normally found in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. And with roughly 14,000 rounds played each year, making a tee time is unnecessary.

Schools

Cave Creek Unified School District serves Estancia’s families with children – Desert Sun Academy and Sonoran Trails Middle School for the youngsters, and Cactus Shadows High School for high-school-aged kids.
