As a private resort-style luxury neighborhood of the greater DC Ranch community, Silverleaf is located among the desert canyons and lofty ridges of Scottsdale’s McDowell Mountains. It is conveniently situated near to everything the North Scottsdale lifestyle has to offer. The surrounding desert, including the adjacent McDowell Sonoran Preserve, gives the community a quiet and secluded feel while still remaining close to the city lights and luxurious conveniences of North Scottsdale.

Amenities

All of the amenities found at DC Ranch’s two community centers are available to Silverleaf residents, including tennis and basketball courts, pools, play areas for the little ones, fitness center and much more. Miles of walking/biking trails crisscross the community allowing residents to exercise as well as reach neighborhood amenities on foot. The McDowell Sonoran Preserve is also next door for those who enjoy exploring the more than 100 miles of hiking trails that weave through North Scottsdale’s unspoiled Sonoran Desert. The DC Ranch Health Club and Spa provides residents with a nearby option for fitness pursuits and an array of spa services. Residents don’t need to go far for their shopping needs. DC Ranch offers several options – Canyon Village, DC Crossing and Market Street. Golf

Famed designer, Tom Weiskopf, was called on to create the golf course that weighs in at a healthy 7,322 yards at par 72. He took full advantage of the land’s unique character. Schools

DC Ranch and the Scottsdale area offer a range of public and private education opportunities. Chaparral High School on the public side and the private Notre Dame Academy are two good options for highschool aged kids. The youngsters of Silverleaf usually attend Copper Ridge Elementary & Middle School located within DC Ranch.
