TPC Scottsdale

TPC Scottsdale is surrounded by some of the most appealing real estate options in the Valley of the Sun. It’s a unique slice of Scottsdale sandwiched between a luxury resort, Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, and TPC Scottsdale, where the Waste Management Phoenix Open is contested on the iconic Stadium Course. TPC Scottsdale and the Princess both offer world-class amenities that may be enjoyed through a host of membership options that include golf, fitness and spa services.

Real Estate

TPC’s four neighborhoods – Crown Point I and II, Princess Views and Alcazar offer a range of singlefamily homes from 2,000 – 4,000 square feet with many overlooking the Stadium Course. And coming soon, the Princess Enclave will be offering townhome-type units featuring 2,500 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, den and two-car garage.

Golf

Created by the designed duo of Jay Morrish and Tom Weiskopf, the public, 7,261-yard Stadium Course hosts the self-proclaimed Greatest Show on Grass – The Waste Management Phoenix Open – contested each year over Super Bowl weekend. It’s hands-down the most-attended golf event in the world, routinely packing in more than 500,000 fans during tournament week. And in 2014, Weiskopf was called on to renovate the golf course to reflect an updated, contemporary style. Across the street, the Randy Heckenkemper-designed Champions Course stretches to 7,115 yards as it bobs and weaves through native Sonoran Desert. It’s a bit overshadowed by the Stadium Course; however, golfers will be pleasantly surprised by the quality of play and reasonable rates.

Schools

TPC Scottsdale community straddles the Paradise Valley and Scottsdale Unified School Districts with schools such as Sonoran Sky Elementary School, Horizon High School, Chaparral High School and Desert Shadows Middle School as options.
