DC Ranch

Set at the foothills of the McDowell Mountains, DC Ranch is a master-planned community that encompasses nearly 4,000 acres of thriving Sonoran Desert. Modern luxury blends with a rustic-ranch style to create a unique common thread that stretches across the many residences from condominiums to custom homes and everything in between. The DC Ranch community offers a raft of services and amenities including dozens of parks and green areas, miles of hike-and-bike trails that connect the community, as well as the Desert Camp and Homestead Community Centers. These two facilities encompass nearly 15,000 square feet of amenities such as tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, pools, spas and a fitness center. The Village Health Club and Spa is also located there. All of the conveniences and attractions of North Scottsdale and the Valley of the Sun in general are within a short drive, thanks to the Loop 101 that sweeps to the west and south of DC Ranch. Right in the neighborhood, however, residents can find restaurants, shops, child-care services and office space without leaving the community. Made up of 25 neighborhoods in four villages – Desert Camp, Desert Parks, Country Club and Silverleaf –DC Ranch has offered a wide variety of real estate opportunities since 1999. This provides residents with the luxury of choice to suit their unique character and needs whether it’s the lofty Upper Canyon of Silverleaf Village or the more down-to-earth Villas at Desert Park Village. The Country Club at DC Ranch Longtime Scottsdale resident and professional golfer, Tom Lehman, designed DC Ranch’s 18-hole, par-71 golf course that stretches to nearly 7,000 yards. John Fought, a former pro himself, collaborated with Lehman to create a stunning golf experience that unfolds along the slopes of the McDowell Mountain foothills. The 35,000-square-foot Ranch Hacienda Clubhouse harkens back to Arizona’s territorial era with its Western, lodge-style architecture. All of the services and amenities one would expect in a primer private club can be found there including lively social events, exceptional dining, pool, fitness center, tennis and friendly member service.

Schools

Copper Ridge Elementary and Middle School is located within the DC Ranch community. Chaparral High School generally serves as the public option for high-school-aged students. Notre Dame Academy, Xavier College Preparatory and Brophy College Preparatory offer private enrolment.
